Square Reader (chip/magstripe), Zelle or Cash. Payment can be made at pick-up or submitted in advance. After order confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation code; as well as invoice details. For delivery or large orders, half the amount is due prior to the start of your “Baskets of Splendor” order.

Unique or Large orders require additional processing time; please allow up to two weeks after confirmation for pick-up, delivery/drop-off. In certain cases, "Baskets of Splendor" may be able to accommodate Rush Orders; however, these are subject to an additional fee based on final details/specifics.

DELIVERY/DROP-OFF:
If you prefer not to pick up your “Baskets of Splendor" order, delivery/drop-off service is available, but a delivery fee will be charged based on mileage/peak hours/holidays. Please allow a two-hour window for all long-distance delivery/drop-off requests to account for traffic conditions and other variables. Should any issues arise during transit, you will be promptly notified by phone or text message. Please be assured that every effort will be made to deliver/drop off your “Baskets of Splendor” order at your requested time. “Baskets of Splendor” delivery areas: (some exceptions may be accommodated) Brooksville, Crystal Springs, Dade City, Elfers, Holiday, Hudson, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, New Port Richey, Odessa, Port Richey, St. Leo, San Antonia, Spring Hill, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills.
GUARANTEE:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your “Baskets of Splendor” upon receipt, you will not be charged if paying at pick-up/delivery; or if payment was made in advance, you will receive a full refund. “Baskets of Splendor” strives to ensure that your basket/gift meets and exceeds your expectations. Please note that if no one is available at the confirmed pick-up or delivery/drop-off date/time, your “Baskets of Splendor” will not be able to be delivered, and no refunds will be issued.

BIOGRAPHY:
With over 30 years of experience in custom basket/gift making, I am now semi-retired and have contributed both professionally and as a hobbyist for a variety of occasions. Currently, I volunteer by creating gift baskets for New Life Warehouse, a non-profit organization that provides essential items to families transitioning out of homelessness in the Tampa Bay area, supporting them as they establish a new home with the love of Christ.
